After gathering all the fruits, I found myself with a complete collection and a clear plan of action. It was time to put my devised techniques into practice and start production. It was important for me to note that each fruit had its own unique characteristics in terms of juice yield and natural sugar content. With this in mind, I carefully made individual measurements and adjustments for each fruit and implemented plans.
Blackberry first stage fermentation completed. Kiwi stage fermentation completed. Peach stage fermentation completed. Pineapple stage fermentation completed. Strawberry Watermelon stage fermentation completed…
With all five flavors set and committed to their fermentation process, I found that I had an excess of both Strawberries and Kiwis. Following the successful creation of a fusion blend of the strawberry watermelon wine, I decided to replicate the process with this surplus fruits. Strawberry-Kiwi would be my final entry into my collection.
Creating this new blend posed quite a challenge, as strawberries appeared to dominate both in taste and color over the kiwis. However, after some experimentation and patience, I eventually achieved a harmonious mélange between the two fruits.
And with that I now had my first wine collection completed. With all of them before me, I had a great sense of pride into what I had accomplished. I found that I had enjoyed each stage in the process. Surprisingly, the end result of each wine surpassed my expectations, considering it was my first foray into the world of Vinification. To ensure the quality of my wines, I had them tested by two professional wine establishments, both of which graded them as exceptional. However, I believe it is ultimately up to you to be the judge of their true excellence.

Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.
After starting my small garden, in the efforts finding inner peace, my passions inevitably grew to science of wine and winemaking is known as oenology. The excitement of researching and selecting the best fruits to turn into wine was therapeutic.
Whether the choice led me to planting and growing my own produce or adventuring to the local farmers to make my selection, the curation process was a fulfilling enjoyment.
I began my journey of vinification, by studying the different methods of production, preparation, and presentation. Familiarizing myself with these strategies allowed me to establish my own techniques for producing my first wine compilation.
Implementing my methods drew me further into the process. I was very meticulous with very to every detail in the process. My goal was to enhance the flavors of the ingredients I had chosen, while maintaining satisfying alcohol contents. With each stage I would make adjustments and calculations, in order to meet my desired expectations.
Upon the completion of the final stage, I took my last readings and began the labeling and bottling process. Designing the labels allowed me to channel my inner artist. Bottling and capping off each bottle gave me a certain level of pride for what I had accomplished. And now, I proudly present to you the finished product for your enjoyment, forevermore.
